Since 2002, the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus Foundation has provided over $1,500,000.00 in scholarships to qualified Illinois students who seek to further their education beyond high school. A portion of the proceeds from the golf outing will be used for event production costs and to support the ILBCF efforts to create opportunities for future generations.
